The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to Whalers Village and the beach. While the ocean views are stunning, the ongoing construction really detracts from the overall experience. The service from the staff was commendable despite the chaos, but the unexpected additional charges were a disappointment. The noise from construction impacted my stay significantly, making relaxation difficult.

My recent stay at the Westin Maui was quite mixed. While the stunning ocean views and the pools were definitely highlights, the ongoing construction and overall management issues significantly impacted my experience. Given the high prices, I expected more in terms of noise management and maintenance.
